This website is owned and operated by Oprica Ltd. (UK Company No. 09921695) and will be referred to as "We", "our" and "us" within this Terms & Conditions document. By using this website ("the website"), you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out on this website page. These Terms & Conditions relate to our responsibilities and the responsibilities of yourself in all conduct relating to this website and the services it provides.

Definitions

Company - The website and services provided by Oprica Ltd.
Service(s) - The immediate hosted service(s) provided by the company for rental.
Customer - A person or group purchasing or intending to purchase services with the website.
Control panel - The private potal provided by the company where customers may manage their account.

Responsibility Guidelines

Company Responsibilities

We are responsible for the maintenance and uptime of our computer hardware, immediate network and services with the intention of performing all maintenance during off-peak periods. We will strive to provide the customer with low ping times based upon their geographic location, however network disruptions outside of our immediate network are out of our control and we accept no responsibility for these. We will provide a control panel for the use of the customer, to control their services at all times.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing the company with true and current information in regards to registration and financial or payment details. This extends to updating these details if there is a change. The customer is responsible for the upkeep of their own service, including but not limited to:

  • Managing user access.
  • Managing stored files and ensuring no illegal content is uploaded to the company's servers.
  • Managing all service configurations.
  • Backup of all information relating to customer services.
The company will not be responsible for the loss of any information uploaded to our servers.
In addition, customers may not rent, lease or sublet any service to any other individual or group during their service term. Customers must ensure that their service abides by our Terms & Conditions at all times.

Payments & Subscriptions

By purchasing any service with the company, the customer agrees to be bound to a recurring subscription of that service. This service subscription cycle shall be dictated by the customer's selection of the billing interval upon ordering the service. Service subscriptions shall recur until cancellation has been requested by the customer and billing reminders shall be sent to the customer via email prior to each subscription renewal. Customers must provide a minumum of 3 full days notice before the service renewal date. All payments are due before the end of the service renewal date and the company will attempt to bill for services as early as 3 days before the start of the next subscription term. Service subscriptions which do not have a valid payment method or which we have failed to charge by the end of the service term will be automatically suspended. Suspended services are subject to termination after a period as deemed fit by the company.

Refund Policy

New customers who are not satisfied with services purchased for any reason, may request a full refund during the first 7 days of service from the service start date by contacting the Company. The start date for this purpose shall be the date and time of ordered service creation.

Failure to Comply

Failure to comply with all current and future Terms & Conditions agreements may result in termination of the customer account and/or service interruption without refund. We reserve the right to suspend any service if we find that it is in violation of our Terms & Conditions, until the account holder ensures that his/her service complies. Subscription periods will not be affected by downtime caused by account suspension.
